[Determination of stachydrine and leonurine in Herba Leonuri by ion- pair reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography].
To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determining stachydrine and leonurine contents in the crude drug of Yimu Cao, a Chinese motherwort herb(Herba Leonuri, the aerial part of Leonurus japonicus). ⋯ As a convenient and feasible means for determining the alkaloid contents in Yimu Cao, HPLC produces accurate and reliable results and can be more effective than the formerly used methods.

[Clinical application of composite skin graft consisting of acellular allogenic dermis and autologous skin].
To study the procedures of applying composite skin graft consisting of acellular allogenic dermis and autologous skin in the treatment of full-thickness burns and scar formation. ⋯ One-stage grafting of the composite skin graft yields a high success rate for most burn wounds with good basal layer condition.

[Effects of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with very-high-dose conditioning regimen for refractory leukemia].
To explore the regimen-related toxicity (RRT) and therapeutic effects of very-high-dose conditioning regimen combined with induction of graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) effects in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for refractory leukemia with unattainable complete remission (CR) before transplantation. ⋯ Consecutive very-high-dose conditioning regimen combined with GVL induction after transplantation can increase the rate of CR and DFS, without increasing RRT incidence and mortality in allo-HSCT for the refractory leukemia with unattainable CR pre-transplantation.

[Role of pancreatic enzymes in gut injury secondary to trauma/hemorrhagic shock in rats].
To test the hypothesis that pancreatic digestive enzymes are involved in trauma/hemorrhagic shock (T/HS)-induced intestinal injury. ⋯ Pancreatic proteolytic enzymes in ischemic gut may serve as important toxic factors contributing to gut injury following T/HS.
