Multicenter Study[Post-marketing surveillance of Tanreqing injection in children: a real world study].
Objective: To evaluate the safety of Tanreqing injection among children in the real world. Methods: A multicenter, large sample, ambispective cohort study, with registration-type clinical safety monitoring. A total of 6 188 inpatients and patients from the emergency units, aged ≤ 14 years who all had been using Tanreqing injection in 59 secondary and tertiary hospitals in China, were recruited between January, 2014 and May, 2015. ⋯ Having histories of allergies to drugs or foods would increase the incidence of ADR. Conclusion:Tanreqing injection caused low incidence of ADR in children. Progams as stratifying high-risk patients and improving administrative management could further increase the safety level of Tanreqing injection.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Effects of batroxobin on perioperative blood loss and coagulation in patients with low molecular weight heparin when undergoing the total hip replacement].
To investigate the interactive effects between batroxobin and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in reducing peri-operative blood loss and coagulation function in patients who undergone the total hip replacement surgery. ⋯ Batroxobin (2 U) could reduce the perioperative blood loss in patients with LMWH who had undergone the total hip replacement operation but did not show adverse effect on DVT.

Multicenter Study Observational Study[The role of gender difference on the prognosis of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) in patients treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention].
To investigate and analyze the impact of gender difference on outcome and prognosis of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) in patients treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). ⋯ Being female was not an independent predictor of in-hospital mortality or during follow-up period among patients who were treated with primary PCI. Worse long-term outcome seen in female patients was likely to be explained by older age or longer pre-hospital delayed time.

Multicenter Study[Prognostic value of right ventricular dysfunction and derivation of a prognostic model for patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism].
Acute pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) patients with right ventricular dysfunction (RVD) may benefit from thrombolytic therapy but may end up with worse prognosis. RVD was assessed in prognosis to which a model on it was constructed to decide the indexes correlated to the best prognosis. ⋯ RVD seemed a nice discriminator for poor prognosis in normotensive patients. Early detection of RVD (especially RVED/LVED > 0.67 and/or SPAP >60 mm Hg) was beneficial for identifying patients at high-risk and the multiple logistic regression model (P < 0.001) could be well fitted.
