[A clinical analysis of 32 patients with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage in diffuse connective tissue diseases].
To provide clues to diagnosis and treatment for diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) in patients with diffuse connective tissue diseases (CTD). ⋯ CTD patients presenting with hemoptysis and dyspnea with rapid decrease of hemoglobulin, and diffuse alveolar infiltration on chest X-ray or high resolution CT should be seriously considered to be suffering from DAH. A bloody BAL may confirm the diagnosis of DAH. DAH in CTD is an acute, serious and frequently life-threatening situation resulting in respiratory failure and pulmonary infection. It is important for CTD patients with DAH to be diagnosed early and treated vigorously.

[The effects of statins on the cerebral haemodynamics measured by transcranial Doppler in ischemic stroke patients].
To evaluate the effects of statins on the cerebral haemodynamics of ischemic stroke patients with transcranial Doppler (TCD). ⋯ Statins may have the effects of improving the situation of cerebral haemodynamics of patients with ischemic stroke.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effects of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on respiratory muscle fatigue in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a randomized controlled trial].
To study the effects of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) on respiratory muscle fatigue in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). ⋯ Respiratory muscle fatigue was evident in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD. NPPV led to a more rapid improvement in gas exchange and respiratory muscle fatigue.

[The application of pulmonary artery catheterization in treatment of septic shock patients].
To compare the differences of hemodynamic pattern and metabolic alteration between the survivors and nonsurvivors of septic shock so as to explore the value of pulmonary artery catheterization (PAC). ⋯ PAC can not display the differences of hemodynamic patterns between the survivors and nonsurvivors of septic shock after initial resuscitation, but 24 hours later nonsurvivors had higher PAWP significantly. Whether there are differences of hemodynamic pattern between the survivors and nonsurvivors was not the basis of PAC. The value of PAC monitoring is to balance the relationship between the requirement of hyperdynamic circulation and cardiac suppression state.

[The evaluation of the severity of nocturnal oxygen desaturation of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome].
Oxygen desaturation is common among patients with sleep apnea. This study was designed to evaluate the methods used to express the severity of oxygen desaturation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. ⋯ The best method of expressing the severity of oxygen desaturation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome needs the combination of several conventional indices of oxygen desaturation (lowest oxygen saturation, oxygen desaturation index, and the percent of the total time with oxygen saturation level lower than 90%).
