Guaranteeing the Health Rights of People with Disabilities in the COVID-19 Pandemic: Perspectives from China.
The question of how to guarantee the health rights of people with disabilities, and their health equity in particular, is frequently neglected in infectious disease pandemics. The international response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is no exception in this regard. ⋯ This paper draws on China's pandemic prevention work to extract relevant lessons, and seeks to explain how decision-making systems and resource allocation mechanisms impact on the health rights of people with disabilities. It discusses the unique roles of justice and legislation in helping to guarantee the health rights of people with disabilities in an infectious disease pandemic, and concludes that future research should more closely consider how Sustainable Development Goal 16 can support Sustainable Development Goal 3.

COVID-19 in Shanghai: IPC Policy Exploration in Support of Work Resumption Through System Dynamics Modeling.
It is unclear how and to what extent various infection prevention and control (IPC) policies affect the spread of an epidemic during work resumption. In order to assess the impact of IPC policies, this research addresses the results of a policy simulation in Shanghai, China, which estimates the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 under various IPC policies and offers evidence-based outcomes of work resumption policies for the world. ⋯ Conservative IPC policies can prevent a second outbreak of COVID-19 during work resumption. The dynamic systems model designed in this study can serve as a tool to test various IPC work resumption policies, facilitating decision-making in responses to combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

Management Strategies for Patients After CABG Surgery in the Outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The novel coronavirus 2019 pandemic (COVID-19) has quickly spread over the world and affected over 100 countries so far. Patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease may have a higher risk of infection of COVID-19 and worse outcomes than others. To improve the outcome during the pandemic, management strategies for the patients recovering from coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery need to be reconsidered. ⋯ The management strategy here we proposed could improve the outcome of patients after CABG during the pandemic and benefit both cardiovascular patients and health-care workers.

Nurses' Attitudes and Knowledge of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter Maintenance in Primary Hospitals in China: A Cross-Sectional Survey.
The promotion of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) maintenance in primary hospitals can benefit discharged patients with PICCs living in remote areas a lot. Yet, no primary hospitals had introduced PICC maintenance technology in Hunan province, China. The present study aimed to evaluate nurses' attitudes and knowledge of PICC maintenance in primary hospitals in Hunan province, China. ⋯ Although nurses in primary hospitals had a positive attitude toward PICC maintenance, their knowledge level was unsatisfactory, which might be a barrier to the promotion of PICC maintenance technology in primary hospitals in Hunan province, China. Multiple parties should get involved and take measures to improve the nurses' PICC maintenance knowledge, including the government, nursing associations, large-scale hospitals, and primary hospitals themselves. Besides, new training models and dynamic assessment methods should be explored to improve training effectiveness in the future.
