The optimal clinical treatment and the computed tomography (CT) morphological characteristics of posterior malleolar fractures (PMF) with talar subluxation remain inconclusive. Clinically, both plate screws and lag screws are widely used to fix posterior malleolar fragments using a direct or indirect approach. We sought to summarize the morphological characteristics and modified classification on the basis of CT and the intraoperative strategy for posterior talar subluxation in PMF. ⋯ According to the injury mechanism and the morphological characteristics of the fractures, the proposed improved classification system for PMF with subluxation of the talus based on the injury mechanism and the fracture morphology can provide guidance for surgical management strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.

To explore the application value of goal-directed fluid therapy (GDFT) in the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) of patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery (RLCS). ⋯ GDFT is beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients after RLCS, because it can exert a positive effect on maintaining the stability of hemodynamic indexes and reducing inflammation and postoperative complications.

To explore the application value of goal-directed fluid therapy (GDFT) in patients undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy with fast-track anesthesia. ⋯ GDFT has a better effect on the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy during fast-track anesthesia, and it also has a positive effect on maintaining the stability of hemodynamics, reducing systemic inflammation and decreasing postoperative complications.

To explore the effect of using regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rScO2) monitoring with near-infrared spectroscopy in peri-anesthesia management of elderly hypertensive patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery. ⋯ rScO2 monitoring with near-infrared spectroscopy in peri-anesthesia management of elderly patients with hypertension undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery can effectively stabilize hemodynamics and reduce the incidence of postoperative POCD.

This study aimed to explore the correlation between serum vitamin D and inflammatory factors in mice with allergic rhinitis. ⋯ Vitamin D in young mouse is implicated with allergic rhinitis and attenuated inflammation. Vitamin D level was significantly negatively correlated with IL-4, suggesting that vitamin D was closely related to inflammation.
