To assess the possible relationship between serum levels of 25[OH]D (25-hydroxyvitamin D) collected 24 hours after delivery and postpartum depression in a Chinese cohort sample. ⋯ Our study demonstrated that lower serum 25[OH]D levels were associated with postpartum depression. This association was independent of other possible variables.

Previous caesarean delivery and the risk of unexplained stillbirth: retrospective cohort study and meta-analysis.
To determine whether caesarean delivery in the first pregnancy is a risk factor for unexplained antepartum stillbirth in a second pregnancy. ⋯ Caesarean first delivery is associated with an increased risk of unexplained stillbirth in the next pregnancy.
