Kynurenic acid attenuates multiorgan dysfunction in rats after heatstroke.

To assess whether systemic delivery of kynurenic acid improves the outcomes of heatstroke in rats. ⋯ Our results suggest that systemic delivery of kynurenic acid may attenuate multiorgan dysfunction in rats after heatstroke.
