The current epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) still remained severe. As the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine is the primary medical care center for COVID-19 in Zhejiang province. Based on the present expert consensus carried out by National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our team summarized and established an effective treatment strategy centered on "Four-Anti and Two-Balance" for clinical practice. ⋯ Therefore, two weeks' quarantine for discharged patients was required and a regular following up was also needed. The Zhejiang experience and suggestions have been implemented in our center and achieved good results. However, since COVID-19 was a newly emerging disease, more work was warranted to improve strategies of prevention, diagnosis and treatment for COVID-19.

In addition to common clinical features, patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have varying degree of coagulation dysfunction with the risk of thrombosis and/or bleeding. COVID-19 related coagulation dysfunction is a dynamic process, which may be accompanied by the formation of disseminated intravascular coagulation and is related to the severity of the disease. ⋯ Dynamic monitoring as well as early prevention and treatment are of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the research progress of COVID-19 related coagulation dysfunction, to provide reference for clinical research and management.

Case Reports[Dynamic inflammatory response in a critically ill COVID-19 patient treated with corticosteroids].
To investigate the effect of corticosteroids therapy on the inflammatory response in a critically ill coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patient. ⋯ In the absence of effective antiviral drugs, early use of appropriate doses of corticosteroids in critically ill patient with COVID-19 can quickly alleviate inflammatory response and improve clinical symptoms, however, it may reduce the number of T cells, and to adjust the dose in time is necessary.

[Roles of multidisciplinary team in diagnosis and treatment of suspected cases of COVID-19].
To analyze the roles of multidisciplinary team (MDT) in the diagnosis and treatment of suspected cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ The efficiency of diagnosis and treatment for suspected COVID-19 patients can be improved with MDT, particularly for complicated cases.
