Comparative efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) is a common respiratory disease in children. Its incidence rate is increasing year by year. The drug resistance rate of macrolide antibiotics and other conventional treatment methods is higher, and there are limitations in clinical application. Traditional Chinese patent medicine (TCPM) is a powerful weapon to treat this disease. At present, there is no comparison of the safety and effectiveness of multiple TCPMs in the treatment of MPP in children. Therefore, we take the method of network meta-analysis to systematically compare the efficacy of various TCPMs in the treatment of this disease. ⋯ INPLASY 2020100108.

Pediatric Tuina (massage) for primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis is one of the common diseases of preschool and school-age children and it will cause adverse effects on the healthy growth. Pediatric Tuina (massage) has been widely used in the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in China. The study is conducted to summarize the current evidence on the effects and safety of Pediatric Tuina (massage) therapy for the treatment of primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis in children. ⋯ This protocol of systematic review has been registered on PROSPERO website (No. CRD42020165107).

Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) can predict the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after obtaining percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), while this conclusion still needs to be further confirmed. Therefore, this study attempted to explore the relationship between lncRNA and prognosis in CHD patients after PCI. ⋯ This review provided a comprehensive overview of the relationship between lncRNA and prognosis in CHD patients after PCI, and offered recommendations for clinical practices or guidelines.

Parkinson's disease (PD) has a high incidence in the elderly, and the late stage seriously affects the daily life of the patients. Most of the initial symptoms of PD are not obvious or atypical, which brings difficulties to the early diagnosis. Replacement therapy and neuroprotection after early diagnosis can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients. More and more evidence shows that 11C-2β-carbomethoxy-3β-(4-fluorophenyl) tropane positron emission tomography ( 11C-CFT PET) combined with 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET) can effectively improve the accuracy of early diagnosis. However, there is no consistent conclusion at present. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of 11C-CFT PET combined with 18F-FDG PET in the diagnosis of early PD. ⋯ International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO): CRD42020203442.

Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) is a kind of visceral adipose tissue with close proximity to coronary artery and myocardium, which can secrete cell factor, and influence the physiological function and pathophysiological process of myocardium and coronary artery. Clinical imaging diagnosis showed that the volume and thickness of EAT exists a certain relevance with coronary artery disease, but it lacked evidence of evidence-based medicine. The research on the implementation of this program will systematically evaluate the relationship of computed tomography (CT) quantitative EAT and coronary artery disease. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/DVQNE.
