Meta Analysis
Obstetric, maternal, and neonatal outcomes after Pilates exercise during pregnancy: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
One of the major exercises to improve the psychological and physical functions of pregnant women is Pilate's exercises. The aim of this study is to collect evidence about Pilates exercise effects on many consequences in pregnant women, such as maternal and neonatal outcomes and obstetric outcomes. ⋯ Pilates exercise improved the outcomes of pregnant women. It decreases the rate of Cesarean delivery and the time of delivery. Moreover, Pilates has a role in decreasing weight gain in pregnant women. As a result, that may improve the pregnancy experience for women. However, more RCTs needed with larger sample sizes to assess the Pilates effect on neonatal outcomes.

Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a common lung cancer. Although there are various treatments for LUAD, its prognosis remains poor. Therefore, it is imperative to identify new targets and develop novel therapeutic strategies. ⋯ GO analyses showed that PRR11 participated in biological processes such as cell division and cell cycle, and was involved in protein binding and microtubule binding functions. KEGG analyses revealed that PRR11 was implicated in p53 signaling pathway. All the results indicated that PRR11 might be an independent prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for LUAD.

We compared the therapeutic effect of catheter direct thrombolysis (CDT) and peripheral venous thrombolysis (PVT) for patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE). Totally, 74 patients with APE were enrolled, including 37 in the CDT group and 37 in the PVT group. The changes in clinical indicators pre and posttreatment were observed. ⋯ The bleeding incidence in the CDT group was significantly lower than that in the PVT group (P < .05). The median survival time in the CDT group was significantly longer than that in the PVT group (P < .05). CDT can more effectively improve symptoms, cardiac function, and survival rate of APE patients while reducing bleeding incidence than PVT, and thus is safe and effective in treating APE.

NETosis is a critical innate immune mechanism of neutrophils that contributes to the accelerated progression of autoimmune diseases, thrombosis, cancer, and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This study qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the relevant literature by bibliometric methods in order to provide a more comprehensive and objective view of the knowledge dynamics in the field. ⋯ Research on NETosis is currently booming. The mechanism of NETosis and its role in innate immunity, autoimmune diseases, especially systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis, and thrombosis are the focus of research in the field of NETosis. A future study will concentrate on the function of NETosis in COVID-19 and recurrent metastasis of cancer.

Review Case Reports
Secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis associated with heat stroke: A case report and review of literature.
Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a syndrome with potentially fatal consequences that results from an excessive immune response caused by malfunctioning natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Secondary HLH, which is the predominant type in adults, is associated with various medical conditions, including infections, malignancies, and autoimmune diseases. Secondary HLH associated with heat stroke has not been reported. ⋯ We report a novel case of secondary HLH associated with heat stroke. Diagnosing secondary HLH can be difficult since clinical manifestations of the underlying disease and HLH may present simultaneously. Early diagnosis and prompt initiation of treatment is required to improve the prognosis of the disease.
