To present a case-based discussion on the workup of male factor infertility and review currently available treatments. ⋯ Male fertility assessment and treatment has historically been left in the hands of fertility specialists, creating a bottleneck for patients to receive fertility care. However, with increased understanding of the underlying causes of male factor infertility, the workup and initial management can occur in the primary care setting, helping to streamline care.

To summarize high-quality studies for 10 topics from 2020 that have strong relevance to primary care practice. ⋯ Research from 2020 produced several high-quality studies in diabetes and cardiovascular disease, but also included a variety of other conditions relevant to primary care such as vaginal operative births, alcohol use disorder, weight loss, and chronic leg edema.

Case Reports[Littoral cell angioma of the spleen. Report of one case].
Splenic vascular neoplasms are the most common form of spleen tumors. Among them, littoral cell angioma is rare and it is frequently an incidental finding in imaging studies. It has no specific clinical, laboratory or imaging findings. ⋯ Presuming a lymphoma, a laparoscopic splenectomy was performed. Histopathologic examination diagnosed littoral cell angioma. During urological follow-up, a prostate adenocarcinoma was diagnosed.

[Redefining the gold standard for aortic valve replacement: Minimally invasive with accelerated recovery].
Despite being introduced 20 years ago minimally invasive aortic valve replacement is only performed routinely in a minority of patients world-wide. ⋯ Minimally invasive aortic valve replacement can be performed with satisfactory results.
