Case ReportsIsolated Asymptomatic Pulmonary Artery Sling in a Preterm Neonate.
Pulmonary artery sling is an uncommon entity in the neonatal period. It is defined as an abnormally originated left pulmonary artery arising from the posterior aspect of right pulmonary artery. Because of the associated structures in this region, mostly originating from sixth aortic arch, tracheobronchial anomalies and congenital heart defects, it frequently accompanies the pulmonary artery sling. ⋯ Antenatal history was positive for maternal hypothyroidism, for which she was taking L-thyroxine. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first pulmonary artery sling case accompanied by maternal hypothyroidism. Key Words: Pulmonary artery sling, Neonate, Hypothyroidism.

Impact of dispatcher-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation and myResponder mobile app on bystander resuscitation.
Bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (B-CPR) is associated with improved out-of hospital cardiac arrest survival. Community-level interventions including dispatcher-assisted CPR (DA-CPR) and myResponder were implemented to increase B-CPR. We sought to assess whether these interventions increased B-CPR. ⋯ B-CPR rates in Singapore have been increasing alongside the implementation of community-level interventions such as DA-CPR and myResponder. DA-CPR was associated with improved odds of receiving B-CPR over time while the impact of myResponder was less clear.

In the January 2019 article "Migraine: Expanding our Tx arsenal" (J Fam Pract. 2019;68:10-14,16-24), Table 2: Establishing the differential diagnosis of headache provided information that was incorrectly categorized. The table should not have included "Temporal arteritis" as a trigger for a headache caused by infection. ⋯ In addition, "Acute and chronic sinusitis" and "Meningitis" should not have been listed as triggers for a headache with an iatrogenic or intoxication cause. Rather, they should have been the only triggers attributed to headaches with an infectious origin.
