Case Reports[Pain syndromes of the tibial nerve at the leg-foot transition].
The prognosis of surgical treatment of the tarsal tunnel syndrome (TTS) with regard to total pain relief is worse than following surgery of the carpal tunnel syndrome. In TTS, additional static factors play a role. The indication for surgery, therefore, is made with utmost reluctance. ⋯ Three such patients are reported. This pain syndrome is caused and increased by recurrent fibrosis of the nerve bed, eventually including the integument and inducing entrapment neuropathy by the contracted dermal covering. Surgical resolution of this problem is transplantation of soft tissues to surround the nerve and skin grafting to augment the covering dermal layer.

Bilateral medial medullary infarction with intravenous thrombolytic therapy: A case report.
Bilateral medial medullary infarction is a rare stroke subtype. To investigate its clinical manifestations, etiology, imaging features and thrombolytic effect, We here in reported a patient with acute ischemic stroke in the bilateral medial medullary and reviewed the related literatures. ⋯ Diffusion weighted imaging can assist in the early diagnosis of bilateral medial medullary infarction, which will help in the decision to proceed with intravenous thrombolysis therapy. High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging should be improved as soon as possible, which can provide basis for the next intravascular interventional therapy.

Skillful questioning can be very effective in enhancing the cognitive abilities of medical students, residents, fellows, and students from the various health professions. Teachers should be able to use one of the taxonomies of thinking skills described in the literature in order to pose a variety of questions corresponding to various levels of cognition. Bloom's taxonomy is very useful in this regard. ⋯ Teachers should be able to construct questions that require different levels of thinking and use them during interactive discussions. The process of effective questioning includes establishing an appropriate environment, creating a climate conducive to learning, using an appropriate mix of questions, phrasing questions accurately, interposing sufficient wait time, and using various probes in response to the answers given by students. Teachers should be trained to enhance their own questioning skills through workshops, peer observation and critique, videotaping and feedback, and use of self-study modules.

Case Report Series and Review of Rare Intradural Extramedullary Neoplasms-Bronchiogenic Cysts.
The congenital malformation known as an intraspinal bronchiogenic cyst is a rare form of endodermal (neurenteric, enterogenous) cyst lined with respiratory tract epithelium. We describe 3 new cases of intradural extramedullary bronchiogenic cyst in the Department of Neurosurgery between the years 2006 and 2014. Three patients were performed resection of intradural extramedullary bronchiogenic cysts and finally symptoms were relieved. ⋯ The aim of this literature review was to provide information on histopathology, mechanisms of pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, radiographic features, and surgical strategies. Symptoms in spinal bronchiogenic cyst patients primarily depend on the local mass effect of the cyst on the spinal cord. magnetic resonance imaging, together with myelograms and computed tomography scans, is necessary to preoperative evaluation of spinal bronchiogenic cysts. The aim of surgery is total resection, although tight adhesion, ventral and intramedullary locations, and vertebral anomalies make it more challenging.
