AbstractThis article discusses the presentation and evolution of therapy of pediatric Hodgkin's disease, contrasted with developments in adults. The issues of staging, treatment, and toxicity of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and combined modality therapy are discussed. Recommendations for therapy are presented.
