AbstractThe hospital is the last refuge for sick homeless people when their illness makes life on the street impossible. The teams often consider these patients as different, difficult and not easy to place in a specific type of care. In palliative care, fewer questions are raised as the patients are hospitalised for their terminal phase. The difficulties often lie in diagnosing the disease and recognising its seriousness and the patient's social situation.Copyright © 2015 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
