AbstractWe report the case of a patient suffering from mycosis fungoides and plasma cell myeloma. It is postulated that this is not a fortuitous association, but that the B cell neoplasm evolved under the sustained inducer stimulus of the malignant T lymphocytes. This hypothesis is suggested by the demonstration of the helper phenotype of the cutaneous lymphocytes associated with a predominance of helper lymphocytes in blood.
