AbstractIt has been shown for the first time that intraaortal injection of PGE2 to dogs with acute renal failure caused by the crush syndrome makes renal function (glomerular filtration, tubular reabsorption, renal plasmaflow, maximal tubular secretion, minute and diurnal diuresis) return to normal.
