    ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to describe the procedure for CT fluoroscopy-guided lumbar medial branch blocks and facet radiofrequency ablation.ConclusionCT fluoroscopic guidance allows more-precise needle tip positioning and is an alternative method for performing medial branch blocks and facet radiofrequency ablation.
