AbstractWe report a case of cavernous sinus syndrome associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the ethmoid sinus. The tumour involved the right ethmoid sinus and partially affected the sphenoidal and right maxillary antrum. The presentation was atypical. We discuss the histological findings and present a brief review of the literature.
