AbstractWe report a case of a 51-year-old man who underwent a third kidney transplantation that was complicated by tetraparesia due to a C5-C6 cervical disc hernia decompensation in the immediate postoperative period. Preoperative consultation for long-term haemodialysis patients could be perfected by further neurological investigation and additional imagery.Copyright © 2011 Elsevier Masson SAS.
