AbstractBlue Rubber Bleb Nevus Syndrome (BRBNS) is a rare angiomatosis characterized by distinctive cutaneous and gastrointestinal venous malformations that result in gastrointestinal haemorrhage and iron-deficiency anaemia secondary to the bleeding episodes. We hope to emphasize the possibility of recurrent melaena in BRBNS and heighten physicians' awareness about the disease to contribute to its early detection.
