AbstractTrilateral retinoblastoma is the association of bilateral retinoblastomas and an intracranial primitive neuroectodermal tumour. Bilateral retinoblastomas with a pineal tumour are typical manifestations of this association. However, there may be variants, including unilateral retinoblastoma with intracranial tumour. The intracranial tumour can occur in the suprasellar or parasellar regions even before presentation of the retinal mass. We report a female infant with a suprasellar retinoblastoma and unilateral intraocular retinoblastoma.
