AbstractA number of papers have been published during 1991 in the area of congenital, hereditary and developmental spinal cord disorders, which discuss a wide range of rare spinal anomalies; there have, however, been no significant advances. The diagnosis of these disorders has been enhanced by the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
