AbstractPigmented squamous cell carcinoma is a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma. Only 13 cases arising in the skin have been reported in the English literature, five cases in Latin America and none in Brazil. The authors report a case of pigmented squamous cell carcinoma, with emphasis on clinical, pathological and immunohistochemical aspects.
