AbstractAuricular pseudocysts are uncommon benign lesions of the pinna. The etiology is not well understood but repeated trauma is considered as a possible trigger. Exact diagnosis is important to avoid overtreatment with disfigurement. Various surgical approaches can be used in accordance to the stage of the lesion. Minor invasive procedures provide good results with low recurrence rates.
