    AbstractThe review of literature and 5 own cases of great maxilloethmoidal and orbital foreign bodies were presented. In one case the foreign body was in the posterior cranial fossa. The authors discussed, the diagnostic difficulties and methods of treatment. The procedure of choice is an early removal of foreign body with the reconstruction of damaged tissues.
