AbstractThe pathogenesis of physical urticarias is unknown and the treatment is often difficult and unsatisfactory. A patient with severe exercise-induced angio-oedema and urticaria is reported who responded dramatically to cromoglycate by insufflation and not when treated with orally active cromoglycate.
