AbstractThis study presents a case of two of the more uncommon side effects of bleomycin therapy for a metastasized testicular carcinoma: Raynaud's phenomenon and acral sclerosis. It is suggested that this association indicates a common pathogenic mechanism. These side effects may serve as an experimental model in the study of Raynaud's phenomenon and acral sclerosis.
