AbstractThe role and place of military medical examination as one of the factors of national security in the system of medical support of the Armed Forces personnel is evaluated. National significance of military medical examination organs, legal and social character of medical expert conclusions which they draw is discussed. Characteristic of structure and dynamics of disease main indices causing difficulties in troop recruitment and servicemen discharge is given. Measures necessary for improvement of medical examination quality under modern conditions are mentioned.
