AbstractTwo patients with hemoptysis secondary to pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm were treated by endovascular placement of stent grafts. Aneurysms were effectively excluded and hemoptysis stopped. Stent grafts were occluded in both patients. However, endovascular treatment of the pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm with a stent graft is a safe alternative to coil embolization or surgery.
