AbstractCoronary artery disease (CAD) causes significant morbidity and mortality. Accurate noninvasive evaluation is important to facilitate appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The ubiquitous nature of CAD requires all practitioners, regardless of their specialty, to be familiar with noninvasive diagnostic modalities.
