AbstractThe authors observed 25 children with combined injuries of flexor tendons and vascular nervous fascicles on the level of the lower third part of the forearm and the carpal canal. During the initial operation the flexors and the nerves were restored and the nerves were ligated in all patients. Precision equipment was employed when putting in the epineural stitches. A complex of electrophysiological non-invasive and clinical methods of investigation of regional hemodynamics and the neuromuscular apparatus of the hand were employed during this study. Long-term clinical and functional results of treatment of this category of patients are presented.
