AbstractHypoparathyroidism is associated with chronic hypocalcaemia which can have a variety of manifestations including cardiovascular changes. We describe here a case of primary hypoparathyroidism associated with systolic dysfunction of left ventricle presenting as a dilated cardiomyopathy in addition to other manifestations.
