AbstractThe authors report a case of intra-cerebral hematoma in a patient with hemorrhagic disease of the newborn. This hematoma had to be taped, and after that, an hydrocephalus shunted. The state of deficiency of vitamin K in the newborn should be treated systematically. The oral route is as good as the intra-muscular route for the baby.
