AbstractGiant congenital melanocytic nevus (GCMN) is a rare congenital benign neoplasm with the potential to become malignant. Various extracutaneous malformations may accompany GCMN. Acetabular dysplasia accompanying GCMN was described in previous studies. To the best of our knowledge, this case report of ours is the first reported case of GCMN diagnosed and treated with hip dislocation based on developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). The rare coexistence prompted us to report this case.
