AbstractWe report a case of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy following caesarean delivery in a patient who had epidural analgesia. There was doubt as to whether it was subdural. The patient underwent caesarean section because of second stage non-progression of labor. We discuss the possible etiology of this unpleasant complication.
