IntroductionThis study aimed to investigate the manifestations of postoperative Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) changes in patients with stage III and IV ovarian endometriomas.MethodsTrends in postoperative AMH were categorized and described, and the risk factors for postoperative AMH decline were screened using dichotomous logistic regression.ResultsThe overall trend of postoperative AMH decreased, with a more significant decrease in stage IV than stage III cases. Elevated preoperative CA-125 levels, a history of caesarean section, and abortion were independent risk factors for postoperative AMH decline.ConclusionsThere is a general trend toward decreasing AMH levels after surgery, but each case may also show a different elevation.Copyright: © 2023 Termedia & Banach.
