AbstractThree cases of congenital selective malabsorption of vitamin B12 (Imerslund-Grasbeck syndrome) are presented. Pathophysiological aspected and clinical symptoms of this disease are discussed together with other megaloblastic anaemias in childhood caused by vitamin B12 deficiency.
