AbstractA case of lipoma of the falciform ligament was demonstrated using computed tomography (CT), ultrasonography (US), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). US demonstrated a heterogeneous solid mass anteriorly in the upper portion of the abdomen. CT and MRI revealed a solitary, fatty mass with a small amount of soft tissue in it.
