AbstractA case of Churg-Strauss syndrome in patient admitted to the Department of Rheumatology with suspected obliterative atherosclerosis is described. Churg-Strauss syndrome is an uncommon disease and may therefore has not been immediately recognized. The diagnosis was based on course of the disease, clinical manifestations, laboratory and serological tests.
