AbstractWe report a case of difficult intubation in a child with Goldenhar syndrome and atypical plasma cholinesterase. Intubation attempts by direct laryngoscopy and the Trachlight were unsuccessful. The airway was ultimately secured using the pediatric GlideScope in conjunction with external laryngeal manipulation.
