    AbstractA male infant presented with bilateral scrotal masses 7 months after removal of an immature gastric teratoma. After surgical excision, histology showed gliomatosis peritonei. We report an unusual presentation of gliomatosis peritonei arising from a rare lesion of immature gastric teratoma.
