AbstractHow do you prefer to learn? Do you prefer to attend a lecture or complete a self-study? Do you enjoy looking up material on the Internet? Do you participate in online nursing continuing education (CE) activities, blogs, or forums? How about podcasts, webinars, or simulations? We asked these types of questions to nurses attending the Twelfth Neonatal Nurses Conference and the Fifteenth National Mother Baby Nurses Conference in Chicago in September 2012. This article includes an overview of their responses as well as a discussion regarding how the information can be applied to the learning environment.
