AbstractThe case of a young male patient with penile laceration and right hematocele following blunt trauma to the genitalia is presented. Both testes were found ruptured at exploration and were repaired. The value of early surgical intervention in scrotal trauma is reiterated and indications for bilateral testicular exploration in cases of unilateral traumatic hematocele are suggested.
