AbstractWe report two cases of ventricular arrest with persisting atrial activity in association with propofol anaesthesia. In both cases, anticholinergic agents corrected the arrhythmia. It is recommended that anticholinergic drugs be given routinely when propofol is used in association with vagal stimulants.
