AbstractFour different "club drugs" are reviewed: MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine, "Ecstasy"), GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyrate), ketamine, and Rohypnol (flunitrazepam). The neurobiology, clinical pharmacology, and treatment issues for each are discussed.
