    AbstractThe authors review acute and delayed traumatic intracerebral hemorrhages. Based on recent experimental and clinical data, these injuries' clinical presentation, pathologic characteristics, and treatment are discussed. A description of traumatic hemorrhage based on biomechanics is emphasized.
