AbstractThe pulmonary hypertension (PH) is the disease with still not clear pathophysiology. The possibilities of current pharmacological treatment of this disorder are unfortunately relatively small, thus the advances in searching of new agents effective in this disease are in progress. The article briefly discusses the present PH classification, its basic etiopathogenesis description and the current and potential possibilities of the pharmacological intervention.
