AbstractPediatric respiratory infections are a common presenting complaint to the emergency department. This article discusses the presentation and management of infectious conditions, including bacterial tracheitis, bronchiolitis, croup, epiglottitis, pertussis, pneumonia, and retropharyngeal abscess.
