AbstractA young boy who sustained blunt chest trauma 24 months back, presented with repeated chest infections. His chest skiagram revealed right hemithorax opaque and CT scan of thorax showed collapse of right lung. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy helped to diagnose the post-traumatic stenosis of right main bronchus. Laser resection was utilized to restore the patency.
